WELDING MATERIALS

When choosing electrodes you should draw your attention to mechanical characteristics of the fusion, especially to the limit of plasticity. The rule is that the mechanical characteristics of the fusion must fulfil the characteristics of steel welded by electrodes.Constructions made from steel of plasticity limit Rp0,2 up to 300 N/mm2 steady and dynamically loaded you can weld by electrodes covered by rutile (except special performance requirements for example impact resistance in low temperature),but the thickness of welded plates should not be more than 20 mm.Construction made from plates thicker than 20 mm should be welded by electrodes in basic cover.
